Pricing & Payment

Prices are provided upfront based on information supplied by the customer. Final pricing may change if the furniture condition, size, or scope of work differs from what was originally described.

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept approved payment methods communicated at the time of booking.

Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled with reasonable notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.

FreshSeat reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if working conditions are unsafe, unsanitary, or if access to the service area is restricted.

Results Disclaimer

Customer Responsibilities
